DELIVERY & RETURNS
No matter how many items you buy, standard delivery throughout the UK is FREE and is sent via Royal Mail. Tracked delivery is available for a small additional cost, and will be with you in 48-72 hours.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt, aiming to have your order with you in 3-5 working days.
We hope you are 100% happy with your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied for any reason you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
Please email us at email@example.com to tell us if you are returning an item within 14 days (for online orders placed in November & December you can return purchases up until 15th January 2017). If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or colour please specify this in the email and we will send out the exchanged item free of charge.
The item must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging with any labels still attached.
Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with the item, detailing your reason for return.
As the buyer you are responsible for any postage costs incurred to return the item, unless the goods are faulty or there was an error on our part in which case we will send you a postage paid envelope with which to return the item.
It is recommended that you obtain proof of posting the item back to us or we will be unable to refund you if the goods do not arrive back with us.
We will usually refund your payment on the day we receive the goods, however please allow up to 10 days for the credit to show in your account.
